We have been active on the Warsaw real estate market almost since its infancy. The origins of our company date back to 1983, when a group of architects founded a design and construction enterprise. With the market evolution and economic transition, our business evolved into development, and in 1993, ECO-Classic was set up and has been continuing in this line of business ever since. As a general contractor and developer we have completed over 120 developments in Poland and abroad, including 20 buildings with over 3,000 apartments. Having survived the various ups and downs of the market, we can proudly say that we have the tried experience in construction and development projects.

This is a special purpose company created by ECO-Classic to the realization of the investment project at Obrzeżna. The Company is a perpetual usufructuary of real estate located at Obrzeżna 1 A-F in Warsaw, constituting a plot of land marked number 12 (number of precinct 1-08-13) with an area of 45,622 m2, for which the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotów, conducted land register No. WA2M / 00153761/0.
